Phone Support
Initially we’ll try to assist by phone. Many simple issues can be dealt with in a simple phone call. Support is available during our normal working hours 9.00 am through to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Remote Support
If it’s a bit trickier we can remotely log into your computer to assist further (for security reasons this is only possible with your permission as you’ll need to click on a link on our website to allow us access). Not available on iPad.
On-Site
If neither of the above are successful or not applicable then we can visit your premises to assist further. Callouts and labour will be charged at standard consumer rates less a 25% discount.
Support Incidents
Your HomeSupport Subscription includes up to 12 x Support Incidents Per annum. But don't panic, If we notice that you’re likely to exceed this limit we’ll contact you to discuss the available options.
